These 5 Health Hacks Will Blow Your Mind

As entrepreneurs, we’re often sacrificing so much, including our health. If this sounds familiar to you, then listen in as I interview my sister Brooke, who happens to be a Registered Nurse! In this episode she shares five things that we can do as entrepreneurs to better our health and in return, better our businesses.

5 Lifestyle Changes to Increase Vitality & Health:

  1. Soak up some sunshine – 10 minutes at sunrise and 10 minutes at sunset is ideal.
  2. Drink plenty of quality water – Try not to drink out of plastic. Be intentional about your water.
  3. Move your body – Do gentle stretching in order to lubricate all of your ligaments.
  4. Pay attention to the foods you eat and how you pair your foods. This effects how your body absorbs nutrients.
  5. Change your mindset – Having a positive outlook versus a negative one can change so many things mentally and physically in our lives.
