5 Lifestyle Changes to Increase Vitality & Health:
- Soak up some sunshine – 10 minutes at sunrise and 10 minutes at sunset is ideal.
- Drink plenty of quality water – Try not to drink out of plastic. Be intentional about your water.
- Move your body – Do gentle stretching in order to lubricate all of your ligaments.
- Pay attention to the foods you eat and how you pair your foods. This effects how your body absorbs nutrients.
- Change your mindset – Having a positive outlook versus a negative one can change so many things mentally and physically in our lives.
