Meet Alicia Parks

Alicia Parks is an award winning, published wedding and senior portrait photographer whose specialty includes understanding each individual love story, and curating timeless art pieces from the special connection you have with one another.

With over a decade of experience, you can see in her work a passion for love stories, romance and a love for the arts. Her inspiration has been drawn from the gorgeous place she calls home, within the vast rolling hills of wine country and the savory smells of cabernet, to the salty air of the California coast. 4 ways to get to your first 30K month:

1. Have a plan

Your plan shouldn’t be too specific or limiting (ex. I want to book 10 weddings). Instead, allow your plan to be flexible. Write out all of the different ways you could reach your goal of 30K (ex. 2 weddings, 1 print gallery, 4 senior sessions). This way you can be open to receiving money however it may flow to you, many times it is unexpected. 

2. Find a way to ground yourself

When your goal feels lofty, it might also feel scary. When you feel the fear, ground yourself. Go outside and put your feet on the dirt. Go for a walk. Do breathwork or yoga to bring yourself back to a calm energy so that you can move forward in pursuit of your goals. 

3. Get into a flow state

Being in flow feels easy, free, and abundant. It doesn’t mean you don’t have to work hard, it just means that whatever you are working on feels aligned with you. A great way to get into flow is to check in with your heart, how does the work feel? You have to let go of the old stories from your past mistakes, childhood experiences, and what you think your life should look like and be open to what incredible things will come your way. 

4. Take action

You can’t achieve your goals by sitting on the couch and dreaming about them. You have to get up and do the work. Investing in yourself through courses, education, and mastermind groups will help hold you accountable.
