Meet Sabrina:

Sabrina is a lifestyle photographer of almost 13 years in Fort Worth, Texas. She is also a business coach to female photographers and the host of the Shoot it Straight podcast. The most important thing to remember is, the mindset of the business owner is a direct reflection of the mindset and health of the business. 

Six ways to improve your money mindset: 

1. Make decisions based on abundance

Base your decisions on the pillars of wellness, wealth, and love. It’s easy to succumb to scarcity thinking, especially in the realm of advertisements. If an ad strategy doesn’t yield immediate results, it’s a trap to dismiss it prematurely. Cultivate the mindset that for every $2 spent, $6 returns—a testament to the abundance that surrounds strategic investments.

2. Get rid of the starving artist mentality

The pervasive starving artist mentality not only limits individual creatives but casts a shadow on the entire industry. Recognize that your creativity is a magnet that draws people to you. Guard against burnout by staying attuned to what feeds you energetically, understanding that this vitality is intricately linked to your financial well-being.

3. Understand you needs and wants

Understanding your needs and wants is a fundamental step toward financial clarity. Believe in the possibility that if someone else has achieved it, it is within your grasp too. Embrace the reality that you can’t do it all. Delegate, support yourself, and create the space needed for self-care.

4. Understand that you will evolve

The journey toward financial success involves evolution. The next step of yourself knows how to delegate, grow, and navigate the changing tides of the business landscape. Recognize that commitment and momentum are the driving forces behind lasting success.

5. Money loves clarity

Cultivate clarity in your financial goals. Define the amount you want to make and commit wholeheartedly to that path. In the vast landscape of creative possibilities, pick a path and go all in. Indecision is a decision in itself, and it seldom leads to favorable outcomes. Your heart, the silent compass, knows what you want, even if the journey is not perfect. Embrace decisions that may seem to falter, for they are often profound teachers.

6. Money loves speed

Once clarity is achieved, speed becomes the ally of abundance. Shift current thought patterns swiftly. Alter your thoughts, change your emotions, and transform your decisions. Shed the shackles of scarcity and fear by embracing the velocity of positive change.
