Last year I did my first ½ million dollar launch.

It came in easily. It came in almost effortlessly. It came in so that I could buy the Nightingale Cabin in the mountains on 5 acres so that we could start leading healing retreats and healing workshops there.

After the money all came in, I was doing some meditation and was directly told by my sweet spirit guides, divine guidance, whatever you wish to call it – that this money was a gift – it wasn’t something I needed to strive for. 

Last year opened me wide, gave me so many gifts (and lots of hard lessons) and when this year rolled around, I got obsessed with one thing. 

Doing it all again. 

The old fear came up–what if it was hard. 

What if it didn’t happen. 

What if I made 7 figures one year on a spiritual whim and couldn’t do it again? What if, what if, what if. 

And it was launch time. 

It was coming down to the wire. 

The good news–phew–I launched even more than I did last year. But it took some up-leveling. 

THE LESSON: You’re never trying to recreate the same success as you did before. 

How to Up-Level for a Successful Launch:

1. Get yourself a coach for launch month

2. Do body work to work through resentment you have about past failures

3. Work through any blocks and mindsets that you’re charging unethical amounts of money…

Here’s how I worked through mine:

• I wrote down everything included in the Self Made Phase 2 Mastermind experience ($20k price tag)
• I added everything up based on assigned value ($58k value)
• I realized I was being unethical to myself
• I reflected on the masterminds I’ve invested in and what I spent versus what I received in value. I invested $45k in a mastermind to make $240k+ from one idea. I invested $20k in another mastermind to make $300k. And most recently I invested $10k in a month of Voxer support that helped me reach my 2nd half-million dollar launch.
• And finally, I realized you do need to charge enough for people to show up and get a transformation. This is why I don’t invest in $5k programs anymore, it wasn’t a big enough investment for me to show up and do the work!

4. Read the book Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz to get out of worry and resistance and into flow. (Listen to my version of this Success Meditation)

5. If it feels right, do a psychedelic journey (listen to this episode for more information about Ayahuasca) I realized during my recent Ayahuasca journey that I had to love the version of myself that might fail.

6. Get very clear about who you’re looking for and DO NOT be afraid to SAY NO to people who aren’t the right fit. If you allow people into your programs who are not a good fit they will NOT be successful and you will NOT be able to work in your zone of genius around them.

7. If you have a coaching, mastermind, or education program of some sort, have clear guidelines that their success is a co-creation. People who join my program should not expect me to create success for them. They need to be ready to meet me halfway.
