My Biggest Takeaways from 2021:

1. Allowing myself to feel and heal my past traumas has also been a leading factor in my weight loss this year. Letting these feelings to come to the surface has a healing power beyond diets and workout programs.
2. Abundance comes when you stop pursuing it.  You don’t have to work as hard for abundance when what you have to offer the world is aligned with what your gifts are.
3. Clarity over confusion. When I enter a space of confusion, I have a process to bring myself back to clarity. Confusion happens when you’re not clear on what you want. You have to dedicate yourself to being clear so that you can bring yourself back to focus.
4. Calm the fuck down. Check your entitlement. Let shit go that is not serving you. Realize that anybody you’re with, whether you’re hiring someone to teach you or you’re being hired to teach someone – it’s a co-creation. Not just one person is solely responsible in how a situation unfolds. If you don’t like something, you have the power to change it.
5. So much change, growth, and expansion can happen in one year. Continue to discover and reinvent yourself to become your highest self.
