The Truth About Hiring and Scaling:

Just by doing the things that the people you admire, doesn’t mean you’re going to reach the same success.
Hiring other people just because they promise success isn’t going to get you where you want to go.
Even if you have the money to hire work out to other people doesn’t mean you should. Sometimes your vision can get lost in hiring people (or the wrong people).
Sometimes you’re not ready to scale. You have to do the deeper inner work before you can get to the next level. It’s okay to give yourself breaks and not always be scaling.
Before paying a copywriter, you have to do the work to really understand why people should buy from you.
When you’re faced with big decisions, scaling, problems or overwhelm, you can’t just hand the baton off. You have to go through the hard parts and the inner work before you’re ready to outsource.
