Give Yourself Permission to do THIS..

To really experience FREEDOM and JOY in this life, we must give ourselves permission to do all of the things that we are saying NO to.

Remember when you were in school and had to get permission slips to turn in work late, or attend a field trip? Today I bring you some of the permission slips I have granted myself this past month and it has been leading me to incredible freedom and happiness!

I GIVE MYSELF PERMISSION TO…

I give myself permission to unfollow the person on Instagram that make me feel like my life is so imperfect and boring.

I give myself permission to wear sleeveless shirts even though my arms are the size of tiny hipster legs.

I give myself permission to have the space and time to create beautiful work and projects without stuffing my schedule so that I am always in burnout mode and running around with too much to do so that I end up doing nothing.

I give myself permission to have vulnerable and honest talks with those I am closest to, without second guessing myself.

I give myself permission to initiate passion even if my lover has rejected me in the past.

I give myself permission to raise my prices, even if past clients have told me I am too expensive.

I give myself permission to bring high vibration clients into my life and raise the level of service that I give to them.

I give myself permission to stop telling myself NO.

I give myself permission to stop seeing food as the enemy. To stop seeing carbs as the enemy. To stop seeing eating when I am hungry as the enemy.

What are the things you are going to GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION to do? Please comment so I can witness your courage and stand next to you and you step into your highest self.
