What really pushes you to grow is when you speak out in a room full of people who disagree with you so that you can truly see all sides of the spectrum and how things effect other people differently.

When you allow people to evolve and you don’t hold them to who they were in the beginning, that is truly a beautiful relationship. Hold space for people to change their mind.

Bottom line, don’t excuse yourself from participation in what’s going on. Your voice matters. When you love yourself enough, you have the confidence to speak up.
