Getting Into Alignment and Flow:

• We’ve all put something out there and got crickets. Whether the offer wasn’t right, or you weren’t in alignment with your audience, there is something that is meant for you, and entrepreneurship is all about the journey to finding it.
• You have to trust yourself even when you feel scared. There’s always something deeper that you can pull from.
• So many artists at the beginning are unsure of who they are. When you get to know yourself, you are able to laser focus into what you want your business to be and feel confident in that.
• Nobody can really copy YOU. They can copy your words, your work, etc. but they can’t copy YOU or your energy.
• Your business evolves into what your gifts are. You need to trust where YOU need to go. It’s not going to look like anyone else’s journey.
• When things aren’t working and you’re not in alignment, you don’t want to stay on a path that’s going nowhere. There are always those moments when you think “should I quit?” These are times when you need to re-adjust.
• You can set your own signs to help you choose the right path.
• When you can tap into the flow and the journey of your life, then you’ll reach that place where you feel fulfilled and you’re serving the world with your super power.

The Truth About Hiring and Scaling:

• Just by doing the things that the people you admire, doesn’t mean you’re going to reach the same success.
• Hiring other people just because they promise success isn’t going to get you where you want to go.
• Even if you have the money to hire work out to other people doesn’t mean you should. Sometimes your vision can get lost in hiring people (or the wrong people).
• Sometimes you’re not ready to scale. You have to do the deeper inner work before you can get to the next level. It’s okay to give yourself breaks and not always be scaling.
• Before paying a copywriter, you have to do the work to really understand why people should buy from you.
• When you’re faced with big decisions, scaling, problems or overwhelm, you can’t just hand the baton off. You have to go through the hard parts and the inner work before you’re ready to outsource.
